IAS officer of the 2018 batch Srushti Jayanta Deshmukh seems to be the epitome of beauty with brains. At the relatively young age of 23, she attained fifth place overall and first place in the women’s division in the IAS Examination. There were just 750 seats available during the 2018 IAS test, which attracted over eight lakh applicants from across the nation. Nearly 182 female candidates passed the test, with Srushti Jayanta Deshmukh coming in first. Her path has been exceptional, and she serves as an example for those who want to join the IAS, particularly women.

One of the most difficult exams in the world is the IAS exam, originally known as the Civil Services Examination. It is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). Education and the early years

Srushti Jayanta Deshmukh had been raised and educated in Kasturba (Madhya Pradesh). Jayanta Deshmukh is her father’s name, and she was born on March 28, 1995. He works as an engineer for BHEL in the government-run private sector in Bhopal. Sunita Deshmukh, her mother, works as a pre-primary school teacher. Her younger brother, Atharva Deshmukh, is still in elementary school.

Srushti has always excelled in school and has always been a great student. She attended Carmel Convent School & earned a class X board exam grade of 8 and a class XII board exam grade of 93.4 percent. Connected to Rajiv Gandhi Technological University RGPV, she was later accepted to Laxmi Narayan College of Technology, where she studied Chemical Engineering from 2014 to 2018. She was always a dedicated student since she was a little child, as evidenced by her grades. She enjoys singing, but she also does yoga and meditation regularly.

Srushti’s primary goal was not to win the UPSC. Her first objective was to get into an IIT institute. While in school and college, Srushti took part in a range of extracurricular & co-curricular activities. She enthusiastically participated in discussions, Scouts & Guides, and numerous other cultural activities in addition to her academic pursuits. She has an NCC A in her certification.

She started preparing for the UPSC exams as she worked toward her engineering degree. She also had engineering as a choice. If she was unable to enter the IAS, she could easily give engineering another go.

Personal Life

Dr. Nagarjuna B. Gowda and Srushti were married after she passed the UPSC test. Nagarjuna is an IAS as well. It is reported that the couple only fell in love after meeting at the LBSNAA.

The Assistant Collector position was Srushti’s first assignment as an IAS officer from the 2019 batch in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh. Later, she was promoted to the position of sub-divisional officer in Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh’s Narsinghpur district.

Dr. Nagarjuna B. Gowda is the full name of Arjan Gowda. He is a native of a Karnataka hamlet. On May 9, 1992, Nagarjuna B. Gowda was born in a typical Karnataka family. During his scholastic years, Nagarjuna was also fascinated by sports. Through his social media account, he also posted a picture of himself with the silver medal he had won in the junior national championship. In 2016, Nagarjuna obtained his MBBS degree. He attained the 418th rank in 2018 and was thereafter appointed an IAS officer.

Arjan Gowda was successful in capturing the attention of the stunning IAS Srishti Jayant Deshmukh. Even though they both live in different states and are married, they were both posted to the same cadre.
